Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and production of various digital and print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives
- Research design trends and techniques to stay current with industry standards
- Help maintain and organize digital assets and design files
- Support the team in other design-related tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks
